Throughout his work in various management roles, including at global companies like Alcon and MSD, Moti has developed expertise in managing stakeholder relationships and securing international partnerships. He leads IGL’s strategic efforts in product registration and distribution, focusing on providing healthcare solutions for the Israeli market. Moti holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA.

Adva combines a decade of experience in business development and operations management with an extensive clinical background as a Registered Nurse in Emergency Medicine. Accomplished Life Sciences & MedTech Specialist with over 15 years of experience in QA, regulatory compliance, and digital QMS transformation. Expert in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, and GDP standards, with deep proficiency in MoH regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, and cloud eQMS solutions.
